Each described membership gives you the right to use Wild Bikers as described in 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4.. Wild Bikers has a several memberships including "General Use", "Member", and "Silver" and "Gold" (When associated with a Business Directory Submission).

The General Use membership are users and visitors of Wild Bikers who do not register. Wild Bikers is NOT Responsible for any and all information contained. The author reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected.

1.2. Member

A person or corporation that registers with Wild Bikers is considered a "Member". The terms of use include those of General membership (1.1) and also the following: Wild Bikers rejects any responsibility concerning any contents linked or referred to from his pages - only if he has full knowledge of illegal contents and therefore would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing those pages. Only the author of these pages should be hold liable for any damages which might occur out of this.
